The ERP Workday SCM Functional Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) module and related applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, improving supply chain processes, and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. The analyst ensures efficient system operations across warehouse and procurement workflows while supporting ongoing ERP improvements.
Responsibilities
- This position will largely support the Workday supply chain module among other applications such as Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, NiceLabel and print servers dedicated to receipts and packing slips in the hospital warehouses.
- Work hours will be spent troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues related to Workday's Supply Chain modules.
- Collaborating with vendors and consultants as needed.
- Participate in and sometimes lead projects related to the implementation of Workday enhancements, supply chain process improvements and system upgrades.
